Together, we will prepare three delicious courses of traditional Greek Skopelian delicacies. We will start by creating a smoked eggplant salad. Then for our main course we will stuff fresh from our garden tomatoes and peppers with rice. We finish our cooking with delicious loukoumades (fried dough dumplings) served with Skopelos honey.
Now that all the hard work is done, it is time to enjoy! Let’s sit down at our beautiful klimataria (pergola) and eat our creations together with the company of great Greek wine.
